KinderHeart - A Waldorf Inspired Kindergarten

KinderHeart is a Waldorf Inspired, 3 day a week Kindergarten program in North Boulder that honors the precious ages of 4-6**. We offer a fun yet gentle and nurturing environment that integrates the expressive and practical arts for the entire family. KinderHeart celebrates seasonal festivals, performances, and honors spiritual diversity.

Our holistic curriculum revolves around the seasons, nature spirits and our “Wheel of the Year” festivals. Each week we journey through stories and songs, creative movement, rhyme, and imaginative play both indoors and outdoors. We love to cook and garden and offer a nourishing snack each program day that the children help prepare.

Our setting is on one acre of beautiful biodynamic gardens in North Boulder filled with magical nooks, ponds, chickens, climbing trees, and our friendly dogs, Blue, Rainbow and Sati.

During our daily morning walks and activities, we strive to instill and cultivate within the children special relationships with many of our trees, plants, animals, insects and birds. Depending upon the wheel of the year, this can include age-appropriate: observation and listening activities, gardening, harvesting and herbal medicine making.

We meet: 9 – 2pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

** Please Note: children must be potty trained to attend the program

Tuition Information

Full tuition for KinderHeart is $8462, families paying by cash or check will receive ~3% off all payments made toward the program, bringing full tuition to $8200.
Tuition is a sliding scale between $8200 - $9200. Any additional money above $8200 that a family gives will go to for tuition support to families requesting support and more robust programming.
Deposit #1 - $847 (due upon registration, non-refundable ) (with cash or check $820)
Deposit #2 - $847 (due by end of May at enrollment completion, non-refundable) (with cash or check $820)
One Time New Student Registration Fee - $105 (with cash or check $100)
Yearly Materials Fee - $566 (with cash or check $550)
